Ann Ritter is a Program Officer with the Burke Foundation, a private foundation that funds transformative maternal health and early childhood initiatives to foster the healthy development of families and communities in New Jersey.

The Burke Foundation is a co-founder of the New Jersey ACEs Collaborative, a public-private partnership with The Nicholson Foundation, the Turrell Fund, the New Jersey Department of Children and Families and the New Jersey Office of Resilience.

The New Jersey ACEs Collaborative works to make New Jersey a trauma-informed, healing-centered state — a place where all children and families can thrive. As Program Officer, Ann manages a growing portfolio of grants and projects related to the Burke Foundation’s areas of investment. Ann has extensive experience working with mission-driven organizations across sectors to launch and grow new programs. Ann also has expertise in communications, grantmaking, health policy and advocacy.

Ann graduated with distinction from Yale University with a degree in American Studies. She has a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University and a Masters in Public Health from George Washington University. She is a member of the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health.
